1. Consulting Engagements
All consultations booked via our slots scheduler represent non-binding introductory scoping sessions. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings due to scheduling conflicts or overlapping developer sprints.
2. Quote Estimators
Calculations generated via our multi-step quote requests represent non-binding project cost guides. Final prices are outlined in formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed by both corporate entities.
3. Code Base Delivery
Our backend architectures, frontends, and native app files are delivered as zipped archives or shared Git branches. It is the client's responsibility to arrange staging subdomains or production domains on their web hosting systems unless ongoing cPanel deployment support is contracted.
