At CodeAlt Technologies, we prioritize the confidentiality and security of our clients' and visitors' operations and data bases. This Privacy Policy documents how we collect, store, and leverage information via our public domain and consultation booking forms.

1. Data Capture and Collection

We only collect personal information that you explicitly submit to us via our Contact Form, Multi-step Quote Request, Consultation Booking, or Careers Application form. This includes fields like name, email address, telephone contact numbers, company name, proposed budgets, preferred booking dates, cover letters, and uploaded PDF resumes.

2. Safe Storage Protocols

We store form details securely inside a password-protected MySQL database. Uploaded resume files are placed in private directories (`storage/app/private/resumes`) which are isolated from direct public web access. We execute regular security updates and patches on our web servers.

3. Code and IP Rights

Under our standard service agreements, all code files, database schemas, and private project metrics developed by CodeAlt Technologies are transferred fully to the client upon final checkout payments. We retain no rights or copies of private code bases unless explicitly contracted for support.
